Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, General Manager: Takuya Kimura) will be selling its hotel-made Valentine's chocolate, "Theobroma Leaves," from Sunday, February 1, 2026, to Saturday, February 14, 2026. The chocolates are designed to resemble cacao and come in five elegant colors.
This selection boasts a fruity yet elegant sweetness that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and occasions.
Each chocolate is filled with five different ganaches, each made with mango, blackcurrant, pistachio, and more, allowing the exquisite sweetness to melt in your mouth with every bite.
This is a perfect item to give as a gift to someone special, or as a treat for yourself.
Orange: Mango
A tropical flavour combining mango and passion fruit confiture.
Green: Pistachio
This piece combines pistachios with a kirsch-flavored ganache that has a sour cherry flavor, giving it a distinctive nutty flavor.
Red: Ruby Chocolate
The freeze-dried raspberries paired with ruby chocolate bring out the fruit's natural sweet and sour taste.
Blue: Cassis
Contrary to its mysterious blue hue, this piece spreads the fresh sweetness of orange and blackcurrant.
White: strawberry milk
The vanilla flavor used in the ganache matches perfectly with the strawberry jam.
