Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura) will be hosting a limited-time "Strawberry Sweets Buffet" from Sunday, February 1st to Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. A wide variety of strawberry sweets will be available, including the popular annual strawberry tasting, as well as five varieties of whole strawberry cakes. Even with the same strawberries, you can enjoy a harmony of flavors and tastes depending on the ingredients and finishes used. Enjoy seasonal strawberries with the extensive lineup that only a buffet can offer.

Allday Dining Parade "Strawberry Sweets Buffet"

This year's strawberry sweets buffet will feature five varieties of whole cakes. The "Lychee Fraise Mousse" and "Savarin Fraise" are two of the chef's most popular creations, and are a must-try. Additionally, Hilton Yokohama will be introducing a new chocolate fountain, a first for the hotel. This interactive experience allows guests to enjoy dipping strawberries and other sweet treats, creating a visually captivating experience. The annually popular strawberry tasting will feature multiple varieties, including "Kotoka" and "Tochiaika." By comparing the unique sweetness, sourness, and aroma of each variety, guests will be able to experience the profound charm of strawberries. The venue will also feature a tower of strawberry macarons inspired by a pink palace. This tower is a photogenic addition to the venue's signature design. Enjoy this seasonal strawberry-filled sweets buffet to your heart's content.

■Lychee Fraise Mousse

The almond-scented sponge cake is topped with a refreshing cassis flavor. It is layered with strawberry parfait and raspberry jelly, and finished with lychee mousse. The mousse melts gently in your mouth, and the balance of sweetness and sourness creates an exquisite taste.

■Sabalan phrase

Savarin Fraise is a traditional French pastry infused with HARNEY & SONS' Strawberry Kiwi tea. The moist and juicy sponge cake is fragrant with tea and topped with fresh cream and strawberries. This exceptional cake offers a unique texture that's unlike any other cake you've ever had.
