Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura)'s "Allday Dining Parade" will be hosting a "Melting Chocolate and Tart Winter Sweets Buffet" for one month only, from Saturday, November 1, 2025 to Sunday, November 30, 2025. This sweets buffet, perfect for the colder months, will feature a wide selection of warm, melt-in-your-mouth, rich-tasting chocolate sweets, including fondant au chocolat and a melt-in-your-mouth hot chocolate plate. Enjoy a moment of bliss that will warm your heart.
This year's sweets buffet will feature a focus on rich, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate sweets, as well as a winter version of the tarts that were a big hit in the fall. Of particular note is the traditional French pastry, "Paris-Brest." This original Hilton Yokohama treat is a ring-shaped choux pastry sandwiched with a generous amount of cream flavored with roasted almonds and hazelnuts.
Every time you step foot in front of the buffet table, you'll feel as excited as a child enjoying the winter snow, as the delicious sweets gathered here will make you feel. Enjoy this special sweets buffet, available only this season, that will make your heart beat faster with both taste and appearance.
Additionally, the pastry chef will be introducing a special menu item, "Fondant Chocolat." This exquisite dish, with its rich chocolate that melts in your mouth and the tart berry sauce, will truly make you feel "melting happiness."
For drinks, staff will bring you an "Affogato" with a slightly bitter flavor. With an exquisite balance of sweetness and bitterness, it pairs perfectly with chocolate desserts.
