Bar & Lounge Melody at Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura) will be serving strawberry-themed afternoon tea for a limited time from Monday, January 5, 2026 to Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The menu will change over two periods, "First Movement" and "Second Movement," allowing guests to enjoy the diverse charms of strawberries, including their aroma, sweetness, and texture, in a different lineup.
First Movement: January 5th (Mon) - February 28th (Sat), 2026
<Second Movement> March 1st (Sun) - May 6th (Wed) 2026

"Strawberry Afternoon Tea ~Harmony First Movement~"

During the First Movement period, the "Charlotte Fraise" in the center of the plate will only be available in January. The soft and sweet biscuit dough has a light and delicate texture, and is filled with strawberry mousse. The strawberries and blueberries on top add just the right amount of sweet and sour, allowing you to enjoy a harmony of sweet and sour flavors.
In February, Charlotte Fraise will be replaced with strawberry macarons. Furthermore, in the second season starting in March, the overall composition of the sweets will change dramatically, and a new menu will be introduced with strawberries as the main ingredient.

A variety of savory dishes that bring out the sweetness of strawberries

The savory dishes, created by the chef of Hilton Yokohama's signature specialty restaurant, Ocean Milano, are of such high quality that they feel like part of a full-course meal. Menu items using seasonal ingredients include a gratin of domestic beef stewed in beer, and waffles made with seasonal vegetables, bacon, and cheese, perfect for when winter still lingers.

First Movement: Savory

・Parsnip velouté and consommé jelly with chicken and chestnut salad (front right)
・Marinated seafood with kumquat dressing (back)
・Mini waffles with seasonal vegetables, bacon and cheddar cheese (front left)

The second movement, which will begin in March, will also feature a completely revamped savory menu to help you feel the arrival of spring even more.
