Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura) will be offering a special Christmas course at its specialty restaurant, Ocean Milano Seafood & Roast Beef, for a limited time from Friday, December 19th to Thursday, December 25th, 2025. Come and spend a thrilling Christmas at Hilton Yokohama.

Ocean Milano Seafood & Roast Beef "Christmas Special Course"

Hilton Yokohama's specialty restaurant, Ocean Milano Seafood & Roast Beef, has prepared a gorgeous dinner course perfect for the 2025 Christmas season. The six-course menu has been upgraded from last year, with each dish carefully crafted by the chef. One must-see dish is Ocean Milano's signature seafood platter, presented in a dazzling Christmas version. The fish dish features lobster, sautéed with special attention to detail for a juicy finish. The playful and charming dessert will create a memorable Christmas moment. Wine pairings carefully selected by the sommelier are also available. Enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones.

Carefully selected seafood fluid mer "Ocean Milano Style"

This season's dish features an assortment of seafood, including abalone, shrimp, mussels, and scallops. It's an impactful dish that will brighten up your table right from the start of your meal. Two sauces are available: a slightly spicy cocktail sauce with a tomato base and horseradish, and a mellow aioli sauce with a mayonnaise base. Both are an excellent match with seafood.

Lobster marinière served with dauphinoise potatoes

The fish dish uses lobster, reminiscent of Christmas colors. The carefully sauteed lobster is complemented by a marinière sauce that combines the umami of seafood extract, the richness of butter, and the refreshing acidity of tomatoes. The aroma of saffron and the flavors blend together exquisitely in the mouth, creating a truly exquisite dish.

Ruby Chocolate and Pistachio Parfait

Parfait means "perfect" in French. As the name suggests, this dessert is the perfect way to end your Christmas dinner. Not only is it delicious, but its playful presentation, with a view of the Christmas tree from above, will add color to your special evening.
