The star of this winter afternoon tea is the harmony of sour and sweet berries and white chocolate.
Allday Dining Parade's popular "Bonbon Chocolat" will be introducing a new flavor exclusive to afternoon tea. Filled with melting white chocolate ganache and sweet and sour berry jam, it is accented with the subtle scent of lime. The skill and attention to detail of our pastry chefs, packed into each small heart-shaped piece, will add color to your tea time.
The "Corum" chocolate, which stands in the center of the stand, has an outer layer made of white chocolate and is filled with moist sponge cake and white chocolate cream inside. It is topped with a griotte cherry soaked in liquor, giving off a soft, mature fragrance.
