A special movie experience in one of the world's largest music arenas

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, we will be holding a film screening event called "The K-Arena THEATRE" at K-Arena Yokohama.

The films to be screened have been decided to be "Mamma Mia!" and "La La Land"!

At this event, you will be able to experience the quality of the films as well as the excellent acoustic space of the K Arena through the screening of classic films.
We also hope that this will be an opportunity for people who live and work near K Arena to feel closer to the Arena, which only opened last September.
Enjoy an extraordinary movie and music experience in one of the world's largest music arenas built for music.

◆Admission fee: Free (1 drink for viewing: 800 yen (tax included))
*Due to the use of loud speakers, we ask that children under the age of 10 refrain from entering.
* Unreserved seating (first come, first served basis; please refrain from waiting before 10am as it may cause inconvenience to neighboring residents.)
*Re-entry not permitted
*Entry into the building is permitted until 17:15.

Advance registration is required.
Pre-registration period: Until 23:59 on June 7th (registration will close once capacity is reached)

*Please note that those who have not registered in advance will not be allowed to enter.
* Up to five people, including the representative, can be registered per application.
*200 people who pre-register will be chosen at random to receive K Arena Yokohama original goods. (Winners will be sent an email, so please present this email at the reception desk on the day of the event.)

NOTICE

<Payment method for one drink>
Due to popular demand, we are currently receiving more pre-registrations than we expected.
As we expect the entrance to the event to be crowded on the day, we have decided to set up an entrance for cash payment in addition to the entrance for cashless payment.
Please check the congestion situation and use the least crowded entrance.
*Please prepare to make payment while you wait in line.
*If paying in cash, please make sure to prepare the exact change.
*The in-house shops only accept cashless payments (credit cards, electronic money, various 2D code payments).

In addition, we will set up a "prepayment counter" for those who would like to complete payment early.
You will be able to enter without having to wait in line when the venue opens, so please feel free to take advantage of this opportunity.

<Regarding admission>
The entrance is expected to become very crowded from about 30 minutes before the screening begins.
If you arrive just before the screening, you may not be able to enter and be seated in time for the screening to begin, so we ask for your cooperation in arriving early.
If you enter after the main screening has started, you will be guided to seats in the back.
Please note that re-entry is not possible (if you wish to re-enter, you will need to pay the drink fee again).

<About baggage inspection>
Upon entry, baggage inspection will be conducted.
We will check your luggage to make sure you are not carrying any prohibited items such as food, drink, or dangerous materials, so please cooperate with the baggage inspection.
Please also note that large luggage such as carry-on bags are prohibited.

<About drink tickets>
The drink ticket given to you upon entry is only valid on the day of the event, so please exchange it for a drink before the end of the event.
*Refunds and cash payments are not available.
*Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
*The concession stand will be crowded after the screening, so please make sure you allow plenty of time to redeem your drink.
*Please note that no change will be given when exchanging drinks.

<About eating and drinking in the building>
Bringing food and drinks into the museum is prohibited, but you may bring food and drinks purchased from the museum's convenience stores into your seating area.
Please be sure to purchase bento boxes, cutlet sandwiches, popcorn, etc. at the concession stand to enjoy with the movie (some items are limited in quantity, so please purchase as soon as possible if you are interested).

<Regarding seats>
Seats on the day will be unreserved.
This screening will use the approximately 550-inch LED monitor that is used at concerts held at K-Arena Yokohama as the screen.
Please note that there may be some seats where it is difficult to see the screen.
When leaving your seat, please be careful to keep your valuables safe.

<About cleaning between acts>
After the screening of "Mamma Mia!", the LEVEL 1 arena floor will be cleaned.
During cleaning (30 minutes from 14:30 to 15:00), the arena floor will be off-limits, so please take your belongings with you and move away.
Once cleaning is complete, unreserved seating will be available again.

<About Arena Bar 7>
Arena Bar 7 will not be available at this event.
Customers using Arena Bar 7 will have a different entrance to this event.
*For 30 minutes after the end of the screening of "La La Land," you will be able to move from inside the arena to Arena Bar 7 (a separate entrance fee will be required as another event will be held there).
