Hilton Yokohama (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura)'s "Allday Dining Parade" will be hosting a limited-time "Sweets Buffet - Autumn Taste Harvest Festival" from Monday, September 1st to Friday, October 31st, 2025. Enjoy to your heart's content sweets carefully crafted by pastry chefs using ingredients representative of autumn, such as Shine Muscat grapes, chestnuts, pears, figs, and sweet potatoes. Enjoy a luxurious moment, savoring as much autumn flavor as you like, just like having your own "harvest festival."

Allday Dining Parade "Sweets Buffet - Autumn Harvest Festival"

The star of this colorful sweets buffet, incorporating autumn ingredients, is the hotel's prized pastry chef's special fruit tart. Just like a lush autumn orchard, the buffet table is lined with vibrantly colored tarts made with Shine Muscat grapes, pears, figs, and more. The Shine Muscat tart is paired with meringue, filling your mouth with a fresh fragrance and rich sweetness. The lineup also includes a melt-in-your-mouth fig tart and a fluffy sweet potato tart, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn.

The live kitchen prepares each order right before your eyes, and offers the "Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc," which has been a huge hit since the shop opened. Vanilla ice cream is hidden within the rich, freshly squeezed chestnut cream, and the cool texture enhances the sweetness just right. In addition, the "Crème Brulee," available in three flavors - chestnut, pumpkin, or sweet potato - is caramelized and served in the open kitchen. The sweet, fragrant aroma, crisp texture, and smooth, delicious cream will bring you happiness with every bite. Enjoy an afternoon bathed in the autumn colors with these elaborately crafted sweets.
