Summer seasonal cocktails

From June 1st (Sun) to August 31st (Sun), 2025, we will be offering three refreshing summer cocktails. These seasonal cocktails use ingredients perfect for summer, such as cucumber, paprika, and passion fruit.
Enjoy the eye-catching, vibrant appearance and delicate, sophisticated flavor that makes the most of the ingredients' taste.

Cucumber Martini

A short cocktail made with cucumber, one of the most typical summer vegetables. The strong taste of gin is complemented by the light, refreshing aroma of fresh cucumber. Enjoy the delicate, mature flavor of cucumber.

Paprika Frozen Margarita

The striking bright red margarita evokes the image of the summer sun. Paprika, which is also used as a spice, creates an exquisite aroma, matching sweetness with a hint of bitterness. This tequila-based frozen cocktail is perfect for the hot summer in Yokohama.

Passion Bay Breeze

A cocktail inspired by the gentle breeze blowing across Yokohama Bay in summer. Passion fruit pulp is used to create a tropical flavor. The fruity aroma will make you feel like it's summer.

A new summer version of Pina Colada is also available

To go with the three seasonal cocktails, Bar & Lounge Melody is introducing a new summer version of its popular Lava Flow style Pina Colada. This time, it uses acai, a superfood known for its nutritional value and health benefits, giving it a fruity and rich flavor.
