Bar & Lounge Melody New Strawberry Cocktail

For a limited time only, from February 1st (Sat) to May 31st (Sat), 2025, Bar & Lounge Melody will be serving five types of cocktails using seasonal strawberries. The lineup includes the Lavaflow Strawberry Pina Colada, which was well received last year, as well as cocktails that will be available for the first time this year. Please enjoy the new flavors that bring the feeling of spring, along with the waterfront night view, for a luxurious moment.

Strawberry Splash

Using seasonal strawberries, the strong flavor of vodka and the sweet and sour strawberry syrup are perfectly balanced. The elegant bubbles of champagne fill the mouth, bringing out the fruity flavor of the strawberries.
A drink where you can enjoy the change in flavor every time you drink it.

Ruby Martini

This ruby-colored cocktail is made with gin and an original strawberry puree, and is finished with a refreshing lemon. It is not only the simple yet deep flavor of a martini and the beautiful appearance, but also the drinkability.

Lavaflow Strawberry Pina Colada

The Lavaflow Strawberry Pina Colada was a big hit last year and will be back again this year. It is a long, smoothie-like cocktail made with rum and pineapple juice, with the rich flavor of coconut and the mellow taste of fresh cream.

Strawberry Margarita

An exquisite combination of tequila and sweet and sour strawberries. A half-snow style cocktail with a fruity strawberry flavor and salty taste.

Strawberry wine cooler

A white wine base with the sweetness of seasonal strawberries and orange puree. Enjoy by mixing with our original popsicles.

Hilton Yokohama Bear Plan

A limited number of plans with a bear will be sold to coincide with the new strawberry cocktail. The new "Hilton Yokohama Bear" will be released during the strawberry season and is a cute pink bear with a heart embroidered on its chest. This plan includes a "one strawberry cocktail" and a "Hilton Yokohama Bear" during the period.
