In addition to a new version of the popular Pina Colada, an original cherry blossom-inspired cocktail will also be available. Bar & Lounge Melody "Spring Seasonal Cocktails"

We have prepared seasonal cocktails that are full of the feeling of the season. We will be offering two types: a short cocktail with a refreshing taste made with the Amanatsu citrus fruit, which is in season from spring to summer, and a refreshing mojito that combines rum and basil. In addition, our popular Pina Colada series will be released in an original version using the popular strawberry. The strawberry syrup is used to evoke the image of flowing lava, creating a cocktail that is visually appealing, called Lava Flow, a cocktail born in Hawaii.

[Amanatsu Blossom]

A refreshing gin-based short cocktail with a sour and fruity taste, made using the seasonal citrus fruit, Amanatsu.

[Herbal Garden Mojito]

A rum-based mojito with basil added for a more mature taste. A gorgeous long cocktail garnished with edible flowers and spring greenery.

[Lava Flow Strawberry Piña Colada]

Hilton Yokohama's original Strawberry Piña Colada combines Caribbean Hilton's signature cocktail, the Piña Colada, with the Hawaiian-born Lava Flow.

This refreshing long cocktail is based on a Japanese craft liqueur made with 100% domestic cherry blossoms and leaves, and combines the scent of cherry blossoms with a subtle sweetness.

[Sakura Mochi] Right

A Japanese dessert cocktail with the rich aroma of domestic Yoichi whiskey, layered with strained bean paste and milk, and topped with cherry blossom syrup for a lingering spring vibe. Enjoy the delicate yet profound flavor.
