Hilton Yokohama's Bar & Lounge Melody (Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama; General Manager: Takuya Kimura) will be offering a new version of its Strawberry Afternoon Tea, which began on Monday, January 5, 2026, from March 1, 2026. Following on from the first version, the tea will be redecorated with a spring theme, centered around strawberries. Enjoy a moment of elegance in the soft sunlight.

"Strawberry Afternoon Tea ~Harmony Second Movement~"

Harmony Movement No. 2 will see a major change to the overall composition of the sweets, with a lineup based on the color of cherry blossoms. New menu items will be introduced, including flower-shaped tarts and other spring-inspired sweets, as well as savory dishes made with seasonal vegetables and seafood. The recommended menu item for March is "Spring Strawberry Fraisier." This dish features a rich mousseline cream mixed with pistachios, complemented by the subtle tartness of strawberries. In April, we will be offering a strawberry mille crepe, a mille crepe with strawberries added. The layered crepe dough harmonizes with the sweet and tart taste of the strawberries, allowing you to enjoy the texture and savor the harmony of the strawberries throughout your mouth. Enjoy strawberries, which are in season with the arrival of spring, to your heart's content.

Spring strawberry parfait

The Spring Strawberry Parfait is a visual treat you'll want to take a photo of. It's made up of four layers of cream, including pistachio and raspberry, topped with a generous amount of seasonal strawberries.

The savory menu is created by the chef of the specialty restaurant "Ocean Milano." The menu includes dishes that allow you to feel the changing seasons, such as a salad that combines fresh spring vegetables and seafood, and a spring onion velouté.
